Karin was working on this absolutely fabulous piece by Chessie and Me. Love it!
Many of us had the new JCS Halloween issue. There are 2 must stitch projects in there for me. The one by Notforgotten Farm and the one from Plum Street Samplers. Those two designs alone are worth the cost of the magazine!!!
Several weeks ago another gal at stitch night at Inspired Needle had this cute little bag from Hobby Lobby. We launched a search so that we could all get one but Teresa only could fine and she very kindly gifted it to Karin. What buddies!
Here is a picture of where I am at with Liberty 1776 by LHN. I am loving stitching on this piece! Thanks again Brenda who gifted me this chart, fabric and threads from her stash.
Above and below are two more lovelies stitched by Teresa and finished by Faye.
I brought along my finish of Peace House which I had framed at Tomorrow's Heirlooms. I love it!!!!
A Shepard's Bush design stitched by Teresa and finished by Faye.
Above is a lovely SB piece....this is a great story. Pat found this piece on Ebay!! for $24.99!!! All framed up with the Jill Rensel mat!!! Isn't it just adorable. She could not pass it up and I totally understand that!
Just wanted to mention two more things....in October at House of Stitches in LaPorte, Indiana Ellen Chester is coming to teach two classes. I am sure this will be quite the event so if you are interested hop on over to the House of Stitches site and sign up!!!!!
Lastly, I am flying to Seattle, WA tomorrow!!! Going to visit my Dad on Bainbridge Island! I am so excited as Bainbridge is one of my most favorite places on Earth. My BFF Noreen is going to join me and we are going to take a side trip to Lake Quinault Lodge which is totally amazing.
I will be back to my blog in mid August. Until then, Happy Stitching!!!
