Happy Sunday!

Okay, first of all....I need some staging skills!  I was trying to make a quaint arrangement of my finish from yesterday... which is the free chart from BBD called Souvenir de France........I added a card from my Mom and a couple of stamps from my collection.   I need some more practice at this.  Anyway, I was glad to finish this yesterday.  I started it a long time ago.....along the way somehow it got wet and there are some small imperfections because of that but I will leave it as is.   Love this design!

Catching up on all of the gifts that I received at Christmas; my friend Pat gave me this great mug from Heartstrings Samplery and this darling needle minder.

Guess what???  I cleaned up my stitching station.  Here is what it looks like now (how long will this last???).  I must say it makes quite a difference and now I can easily fit my glass of Tab there too.
I was scouring around for things to photograph and came across this darling card my Mom sent me.  It is from an artist named Jonathan Wright.  So cute!!!

Okay, I am off to either continue working on a Christmas ornament or to start a big sampler......oh the possibilities!!!

Hope everyone has a great Sunday!

Lovely finish! Your staging looks just fine! Love seeing your stitching station -- it looks so nice and neat now! Cute card from your mom too. Lovely presents as well!

I think your staging is good, you just need to crop it. If you have Office, there's "Picture Manager" a very basic editing program but will crop things for you. Love that mug. Wonder where she got that. I never saw it at my LNS.

Love your photo shoot. Your stitching area looks nothing like mine. Mine is messy but I know where everything is. When I clean it up I am always looking for something

Oooh...I see a little tatted tartlet pincushion that looks familiar! Have a wonderful day Laura...when you come out of the computer room...when the scary movie is finished! :)

Hmmm... Your Count Me Inspired tote gives me an idea. Hiding in my basement is an old-fashioned shoe shine box my husband made in junior high school (many years ago) that looks quite similar. I just may have to put it to a new use! First I have to find it, though...

I think that presentation is lovely and I love the piece, too. That card is the cutest thing ever.

I'm impressed you do Tab from a glass. Sometimes I'll put it in a wine glass but most of the time it's the good ol' pink can!

Always have loved that BBD freebie, I need to stitch it again for a friend someday. You have quite the collection of needleminders - lovely! Hubby and I are making a quick trip to Illinois in May for some family matters...will be in the Tinley Park/Frankfort area and I told him I must squeeze in a trip to The Inspired Needle! We got married at Cog Hill so can reminisce at the same time LOL.
