I will be taking a small blog break to make way for Tootfest Part Two, 2007. Kim, Julie, Trish, Jane, and I will be getting together and spending the weekend at Embassy Suites in a complete art, antique, laughing, girlfriend time haze! Oh, and we will be eating all the wrong foods too! Beth is unable to join us unfortunately. She is an original tootfest member and will be missed dearly.So, anywhoo, I will write early next week to tell you about all of our outbursts, etc.

my bags are packed and i am ready to go...not really but we are leaving on a jet plane....cannot wait to taste the portillos and have the art challenge and just have plain girltime fun!!!
You have no idea how much I am going to miss being there. Last time, it tooks days before my face stopped hurting from all the laughing I did !!!
I can't wait to see all the photos from all the fun, but I'll be sad not being in any of them.
And I promise, the next tootfest I will be there... SERIOUSLY PROMISE !!!

Hi Laura......just got your post and wanted to explain! Cabinet cards with vintage stencils stapled over them. Random trinkets glued on each and holes drilled in upper corners:D Laced some seam binding and tied.....SIMPLE.....it took about 1/2 hr. to accomplish:D I like that kind of project....don't you?

okay , I hope this isn't too....whatever. BUT ! the first time I read about your Toot Fest...I thought you girls were making fun of yourselves and it TOTALLY meant something ELSE....You KNOW what I meeeannnn ?
