Picking Kellie's Next Project

We attended Tuesday night stitching at Inspired Needle last Tuesday!  What fun!!!  All of us were there except for Brenda.  Karin was in town with her daughter for Lollapalooza so we got more stitching time together!!!

Kellie recently inherited a bedroom in her home to turn into a stitching room!!!  She was organizing and brought several projects with her so we could decide on what her next start should be.  As you all know....this is a very fun task!!!

First up we found this needle minder in the shop that was perfect for our chef Kellie!  So we made her buy it!

Then we spied this totally fabulous chart and thought it was perfect for Kellie too!!!  Truth be told this design is perfect for everyone.  Love it!

Okay, here is the start of what Kellie had kited up.  Please enjoy the pictures!  The pick will be revealed at the end of the post.

Please note:  For My Pinzzzz by PSS...our friend Pat substituted Crab Cakes for the called for flower color.  Kellie is following suit.

And now for the reveal of what Kellie started....... Gathering Honey by Plum Street Samplers!!!!!  Any design that has a sweet chicken on a leash and a row of crowns and trees that look like flowers and bees with crowns!!!!  Well I mean.......guess who is going to be stitching this one very soon too????  Me!!!  I love it!!!!

Doesn't hanging with your stitching peeps just make life a million times better????  Yes indeedy it sure does!!!!!

Nice selection of kitted projects; glad she had you all around to help pick her next project. I like what she selected, but I think I would have picked Bird Song by Samplers Not Forgotten. It is speaking very loudly at me. Shame on you, Laura! And yes, gathering together and spending time with stitching friends does make life better! Enjoy your weekend!

All so great. I'd have to work on 2 or 3 at the same time.

I don't reply very often but wanted to tell you that I so enjoy seeing all your posts. Whether it's projects just being selected, ones being worked on or the finishes you show, they're all fun to see. It sounds like y'all had a ball at the shop going through the charts, fabric and threads and it looks like everyone picked some really cute projects to stitch. Thanks for posting!! Although everytime I look at your post my credit card gets a little bigger, lol I always see something I want, too.

I love your pictures! I had to get my Gathering Honey out and put it closer to the front of the queue. I also put Bird Song on my "to buy" list. Thanks for the inspiration!
