HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!

Happy New Year!!!! This year is so full of promise and I am very excited! On the home front Mike and I hope to get going on making improvements to our home to make it more homey and fun to hang out in. I hope to also get more organized, etc. blah, blah, blah!!!!

On the art front my best gals and I are planning a trip to Red Lead Paperworks in St. Louis for a shopping and art excursion. In October we are going to take a class with the famous Lynne Perrella. In between we hope to get together as often as possible for stamp camps and just plain old stamping, antique shopping, and fun, fun, fun!
2006 was really a banner year for me. I started this blog and from it came all kinds of wonders and moments full of joy! I have made new friends who I treasure so much and learned so many things both technical and artful! Thank you everyone for making me feel so welcome. I love how we have become entwined in each other's lives through the blogging community.

I wish everyone a year full of peace, love, and understanding!!!

Dear friend....2006 was looking a little sad as far as anything to write home about and then you (and Jane and Trish)came into my life and brightened it.
You have made me laugh, snort, take myself less seriously and you've been there for me when I've been ready to blow steam out of my ears.
I can't wait to see what happens in 2007....we are going to have a wild ride !!!
And as far as New Years.....I'm sitting here in sweats, too...we cancelled our plans because I think I have pink eye....now that's something to start 2007 with, huh ????

Here's to a wonderful 2007! A trip to Red Lead - how great. Wonder if I could get there quick from Florida. Hoping to see you soon and join in on one or two of your famous toots.

A banner year indeed! Lets nail down that Red Lead plan and you can invite Dave and I up for some "This Old House" home edition tips! I'm so blessed to be sharing this new year with you by my side...as we have for the past 22 or so. And my moto remains "More Fun Than Humans Were Meant to Have!" Let the games begin!
